Lawyer at Sofia Bar Association since 1978 specialized in trade, banking and company law. She has lectured on Basics of Law at the University of National and World Economy.
Member of the Supreme Supervisory Council of the Supreme Bar Council.
Member of the Research and Methodology Centre at the Supreme Bar Council (2013- ).
Member of the Central Election Commission during the 1991 and 2006 presidential elections, Member of the Central Election Commission during the 2007 elections of MEPs to the European Parliament from the Republic of Bulgaria.
Author of publications in the field of civil law, civil procedure and trade law.
